Service Scope
VPNCD provides subscription-based cross-border network acceleration, covering 100+ countries / 170+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. A subscription is for connecting to available international routes; it does not include accounts, memberships or access authorization for third-party websites, apps or content platforms.
Plan details, subscription status, remaining traffic and available routes are shown in the user panel. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and the price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into the remaining days. Traffic packages remain valid until used and never expire. Check the billing method and traffic allowance before choosing a plan. See the plans page for pricing.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your password, subscription link and login credentials secure. Subscription links grant access and should not be published, uploaded to public repositories or given to unrelated parties. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change them promptly and describe the situation in a user panel support ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. This means the account holder may use the service on devices they manage; it does not grant permission to distribute the service to third parties. Reselling subscriptions, renting out accounts, sharing credentials with others or repackaging routes as another paid service is prohibited. Unlimited devices do not waive traffic limits, subscription validity or permitted-use rules.
Permitted Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located and in the regions involved in their use of the service, as well as the rules of target websites and apps. The service must not be used for fraud, infringing distribution, illegal transactions, malware distribution, unauthorized system access or other unlawful purposes. A subscription does not authorize these activities or exempt users from legal responsibility.
Activities that disrupt route operations or harm other users' connections are prohibited. These include malicious resource consumption, sending spam, attacking network infrastructure and automated abuse of third-party services. For lawful development or automation tasks, users must confirm the target service's authorization scope and usage rules.
Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Connection performance depends on the local network, device configuration, international links and the policies of target services. VPNCD does not guarantee availability in every region or at all times, or on every third-party platform, and does not guarantee a fixed connection speed. Maintenance, network failures, force majeure or changes to third-party rules may result in route changes or temporary interruptions.
Users should keep backups of important materials and check connection status before critical tasks. VPNCD does not control third-party content, account reviews, payment rules or business outcomes. For access issues caused by a target platform's own rules, contact that platform. These limitations of liability do not exclude obligations that applicable law does not permit to be waived.
Suspension and Termination
If VPNCD finds a violation of permitted-use rules, resale or sharing, unusual credential distribution or conduct that threatens service operations, it may suspend the relevant access, request further information or terminate the account service based on the risk. Any action should be proportionate to the issue. Where it is safe to do so, VPNCD will explain the reason and next steps through the user panel.
Users who disagree with an action may submit the necessary order details and an explanation through a user panel support ticket. Do not send passwords or full subscription links. A monthly subscription becoming unavailable after expiry or traffic depletion is a change in plan status and should not be confused with termination for a violation.
Changes to These Terms and Related Policies
VPNCD may update these terms in response to changes in service features, operating rules or legal requirements, and will show the update month on this page. Important changes affecting usage rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Updates should not retroactively remove rights acquired under applicable law or an agreement already in effect. If you disagree with a change, you may submit a support ticket to ask about it.
You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 14 days of your first payment. See the refund policy for how to apply and how requests are handled.
See the privacy policy for details about how account information is handled. If these terms conflict with mandatory provisions of applicable law, those provisions take precedence and the remaining terms continue to apply.
